Some of the cabinets had gotten warped due to the heat of the fire. We also called for all the matching wood floors to be replaced as well as smoke remediation and paint all the interior. The existing paint absorbs the smell of smoke there is no way the smell of smoke be will be removed without painting the entire interior. We also included in our estimate the patio deck.
